how companies are Managing employees from home during corona crisis??

How Agencies are Managing Employees Working from Home During Coronavirus Crisis Millions of Americans are currently subject to shelter-in-place or stay-at-home orders as efforts to slow the spread of the current strain of coronavirus expand, thus requiring employees across all industries to shift to performing their jobs remotely. Average managers play c...

Effects of Facebooking on Individuals’ Social Relationships and Psychological Well-Being Research suggests that Facebooking can be both beneficial and detrimental for users’ psychological well-being. The current study attempts to reconcile these seemingly mixed and inconsistent findings by unpacking the specific effects of Facebooking on users’ online–offline social relationship satisfaction and psychological well-being.
